Ingredients:
Curry Paste: Vegetable oil (palm oil), shallot, water, curry powder (coriander, chilli, salt, fennel seed, dhal, turmeric, cumin, black peper, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom), garlic, galangal, salt, lemon grass, candlenut, dried chilli, sugar,spices, chilli, flavour, turmeric, ginger, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt)
Curry Premix: Coconut milk powder (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate), sugar, salt, yeast extract
Noodle: Wheat flour, salt, acidity regulators (sodium carbonate, disodium phosphate).
Cooking instruction:
Please follow the stated cooking instruction for the BEST RESULT.
1. Add (A) Curry Paste and the (B) Curry Premix into 500ml of water. Mix well and bring to boil.
2. Put noodle into the boiling Curry soup. Lower heat and boil for 7 mins.
3. Curry La Mian is ready to serve
For a more indulgent meal, at Step 2, you may add cooked seafood, cooked chicken, hard-boiled eggs, bean sprouts and fried bean curd.
Verdict:
Isaac had this and he gave it a 7/10 - The reason was that the broth was too weak and need more coconut cream. The picture and video above was the soup that he had, I too believe the broth was a bit weak. I will re-do this again and will add extra coconut cream into the broth.
